Placement

King River Copper Limited (ASX: KRC) announces that it has today placed an additional 4,000,000 shares at 6.3 cents to raise $252,000, this increases the total funds raised over the last week to $756,000 less costs.

This level of funding more than adequately covers the cost of the phase 1 drilling program budgeted to commence in May 2014.

The funds will be used for exploration activites and working capital and the shares will be issued upon completion of documentation.
