TRADING HALT

The securities of King River Copper Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 17 September 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

King River Copper Limited (ASX: KRC) requests a trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

KRC request that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday 17 June 2014 or when the announcement is made.

We expect the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the halt should not be granted.
