Placement Undertaken of $1.0 million

ANNOUNCEMENT 9 December 2009

NiPlats Australia Limited (ASX: NIP) announces the placement of a $1.0 million capital raising through the issue of 2,500,000 million ordinary shares at 40 cents per share.

The placement will be made to the Cape Lambert Group and will be subject to shareholder approvals.

The company will apply the funds to fund the ongoing scoping studies and to provide additional working capital.
