King River Resources Ltd (ASX:KRR) ( King River or the Company) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company is intending to hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Monday 15 November 2021 at 10:00am AWST at Duxton 2 Meeting Room, Duxton Hotel, 1 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia.
The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the AGM is Thursday 30 September 2021 at 5:00pm AWST. Valid nominations must be received at King River registered office by no later than that date.
King River will provide further details of the AGM in the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Explanatory Memorandum, which will be issued in due course.
