increased the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from existing INR 28,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Eight Crore) divided into 2,80,00,000 (Two Crore Eighty Lakhs) equity shares of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten) each to INR 50,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Crore) divided into 5,00,00,000 (Five Crore) equity shares of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten) each by creation of additional 2,20,00,000 (Two Crore Twenty Lakhs) equity shares of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten) each.”
