Subject: Update – Partial resumption of operations

This is further to our letter dated March 30, 2020 informing about temporary shut-down of our operations at the Office located at Pune, India as well as factory located at Ahmednagar, India due to COVID-19 pandemic.

We wish to inform you that the Government of India, State Governments and District Administrations, have allowed selective relaxations for commencement of operations in noncontainment areas, subject to compliance with certain guidelines. Accordingly, the Company has partially resumed operations in a phased manner at its factory located at Ahmednagar as well as at Pune Office, based on the permission, guidelines received from the respective authorities.

The Company is undertaking all safety measures in compliance with the guidelines / directives issued by the Central and State Governments as well as local administration in this regard.
