The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide gazette notification dated 8 th June, 2018 and its press release on 3 rd December, 2018 amended Regulation 40 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and has mandated the transfer of securities would be carried out in dematerialized form only w.e.f. 1st April, 2019. Further SEBI vide its press release dated 27th March, 2019 clarified that the transfer deeds lodged prior to deadline and returned due to deficiency in the document may be re-lodged for transfer even after the deadline of 1st April, 2019.

We have examined all Share Transfer forms, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and - other docttments relating to M/s. Kinetic Engineering Ltd (CIN L35912MH1970PLC014819) having registered office address at 01 Block, Plot No.18/2, Chinchwad, Pune MH 411019 IN maintained by Link lntime India Private Lin1ited perta1n1ng to transfer of equity shares of the · company for the period from 1 st April, 2019 to 30th September, 2019 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of tl1e SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, by, Kinetic Engineering Ltd and based on the information provided by the Company, hereby certify that:

A) Share Certificate(s) relating to the Share Transfer form(s) lodged prior to 1st April, 2019 and re-lodged thereafter during the period 1st April, 2019 to 30 th September, 2019, as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers have been issued within one month from tl1e respective date of lodgement of each form excepting those rejected 011 technical grounds.
