This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 29/03/2025 passed the resolution for allotment of 11,69,591 (Eleven Lakhs Sixty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Ninety One) equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs.161/(Rupees One Hundred Sixty One Only) per share to Jayashree Firodia Trust and Arun Firodia Trust (Promotor Group) upon conversion of warrants in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018.
