Kinetic Watts & Volts (a subsidiary of KEL) Commences Deliveries; Strong Bookings Drive Accelerated Nationwide Expansion

• Kinetic Engineering Ltd. (KEL) infused further ₹9 Crores to take its shareholding to 80% in the last quarter, in its subsidiary company Kinetic Watts and Volts (KWV)

• KWV targets sales of 5000 units by March 2026 adding ₹50 crores to sales on a consolidated basis

• Overwhelming bookings within 6 months of market entry. To fast-track deliveries, 5 new dealerships opening in November 2025

• 50 dealers appointed & LOIs issued across major northern and western markets

Pune, Maharashtra, 12th November 2025: Kinetic Engineering Limited (BSE: 500240), one of India’s most trusted mobility engineering and component manufacturing companies, today announced its quarterly results after the Board Meeting. The company highlighted significant progress at its electric vehicle arm, Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. (KWV), a subsidiary company. It reported achieving the milestone of receiving the ARAI homologation certificate & completion of testing. KWV also confirmed the inauguration of its first showroom on 16th October 2025. Deliveries of the Kinetic DX will commence at the end of November 2025, following an overwhelming market response and strong bookings within few month of the launch. This milestone reaffirms the enduring strength of the Kinetic brand in electric mobility.

KWV announced that it has issued over 50 Letters of Intent (LOIs) in key cities, including Pune, Mumbai, Baroda, Surat, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Delhi, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, amongst others. The company has already achieved its network expansion target for the year and plans to open all these dealerships by the end of March. By that time, it aims to ramp up production and sales to achieve a cumulative target of 5,000 units, amounting to approximately ₹50 crores in revenue. Furthermore, KWV intends to sell a minimum of 60,000 units in the next fiscal year, setting an ambitious top-line target of ₹600 crores from the subsidiary alone, as its electric vehicle portfolio scales up. The company also aims to establish a nationwide network of 200 dealerships by FY 2026–27, targeting the southern region in the next phase.

On the auto component manufacturing front, Kinetic Engineering Limited has recently inaugurated its stateof-the-art robotic chassis line, further strengthening its precision manufacturing capabilities. The company has also revamped its paint shop and added new metal pressing facilities, enabling higher throughput and enhanced quality standards. KEL is currently producing chassis for the E-Luna and the Kinetic DX EV, underscoring its strong backward integration with the group’s electric mobility initiatives.
