This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 30 May 2024, to consider, review, and approve –

a) issue equity shares to promoters on preferential basis as the Board may deem fit subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of Postal Ballot.

b) the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended as on 31 March 2024 and other agenda.
This is Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions/rules and regulations.
Further, the trading window for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Policy on Insider Trading has already been closed effective from 1[st ] April, 2024 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended as on 31 March 2024
