a) Company allotted Equity shares to promoters @ Rs. 120 per Share Rs. 27.42 Cr. b) Company also allotted OCCPS to promoter @ Rs. 120 per Share Rs. 0.96 Cr.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that today on 11[th] September 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company has passed resolution for allotment of Equity Shares and OCCPS to promoters on preferential basis. The outcome is as under -
- a) The Board allotted 22,85,000 Equity Shares @ Rs. 120/- per share amounting to Rs.27.42 Crore to the promoters of the company as per following table –

Further this is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, and any other applicable rules / regulations / guidelines, if any, prescribed by any other regulatory or statutory authorities.
