These fractional shares accumulated to 15.99 shares owned by the Reporting Person. The purpose of this amendment is to include these accumulated fractional shares in the number of KMR shares reported in footnote (2) as being exchanged in the KMR merger. In accordance with Instruction 9 to Form 4, this amendment does not repeat lines of transaction information that were disclosed in the original Form and are not being amended.
