F2: One limited partnership owns 299,238 shares, and the Reporting Person disclaims 21% of any beneficial ownership of the shares owned by such limited partnership. A second limited partnership owns 97,504 shares, and the Reporting Person disclaims 98% of any beneficial ownership of the shares owned by such limited partnership.
