As part of its admission to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on March 30[th] 2021, Kincora Copper Ltd. (the “Company”, “Kincora”) (ASX & TSXV - KCC) undertook to inform the market on becoming aware, to the best knowledge of the Company, of a party having a substantial holding, or a change in the substantial holding, in the Company, within the meaning of section 671B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).
In accordance with the Company’s undertaking, Kincora advises that on May 18[th] 2021, RareX Ltd ceased to be classed as a substantial holder.
