Description
Kincora Copper Limited (‘KCC’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) on Friday, 26 March 2021.
Official quotation of KCC’s CHESS Depositary Interests (‘CDIs’) representing fully paid ordinary shares at a ratio of 1:1 will commence at 11:00 AM AEDT on Tuesday, 30 March 2021.
KCC raised $10,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 1 March 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 50,000,000 shares (to be settled on ASX in the form of CDIs) at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
