DEALING BY PERSON CLOSELY ASSOCIATED

Kin and Carta plc ("the Company") announces that on 24 November 2021 it received notification that Marie James Capital, LLC, a private holding company managed by J Schwan, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company through a placing with institutional investors. These shares were part of the proceeds of the sale of Solstice Consulting LLC, founded by Mr Schwan, to St Ives plc in 2015 and have been held in Mr Schwan's children's estate. This sale has been made as a prudent diversification of Mr Schwan's children's estate. Mr Schwan's own direct holdings in the Company remain unchanged. Following the sale, Mr Schwan and his persons closely associated will have a continuing interest in 3,016,679 shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 1.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
