Entitlement Offer – Extension of Closing Date
Killi Resources Limited (ACN 647 322 790) ( ASX: KLI ) ( Company or KLI ) refers to the Entitlement Issue Prospectus lodged with ASX on 1 May 2023 ( Prospectus )for the Company’s offers of:

(a) one (1) fully paid ordinary share in the capital of the Company ( Share ) for every two (2) Shares held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of $0.055 per Share to raise up to approximately $1,430,000 (before costs) (together with one (1) free attaching option ( Option ) for every two (2) Shares issued, exercisable at $0.20 per Option on or before the date that is three (3) years from the date of issue); and

(b) 1,500,000 Options, exercisable at $0.20 per Option on or before the date that is three (3) years from the date of issue, to Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited,
(together, the Offers ).
The Company wishes to advise that the closing date for the Offers, made under the Prospectus, has been extended from 5:00pm (WST) on 18 May 2023 until 5:00pm (WST) on 25 May 2023 .
The Company has been advised that some shareholders are yet to receive a copy of the Prospectus or their Entitlement and Acceptance Form. The Company considers it appropriate to extend the closing date to enable further participation by shareholders.
The Offers’ timetable has therefore been revised as follows.
