Description

Killi Resources Limited (‘KLI’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Tuesday, 8 February 2022.

The securities of KLI will commence quotation at 12.30pm AEDT on Thursday, 10 February 2022.

KLI raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 16 November 2021 by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
