Board and Management Update
Killi Resources Limited (‘Killi’ or the ‘Company’) (ASX:KLI) advises, that Mr Greg Miles has notified the Board of his intention to resign as a Non-executive Director of Killi effective Friday 31 May 2025. The Board thanks Greg for his valuable contribution and dedicated service to the Company since its listing on ASX and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
In line with this change, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul L’Herpiniere as a Non-Executive Director of Killi, effective 1 May 2025. Paul brings a wealth of experience in exploration management and project generation, as the former Head of Exploration at Fortescue he has a robust track record spanning over two decades and more than 20 countries leading extensive mineral exploration initiatives globally. Paul is currently the Managing Director of Strickland Metals Limited (ASX: STR) and Non-executive Director of Austin Metals Limited (ASX: AYT).
The Board is confident that Paul’s experience and leadership will add value to the Company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.
The Board also wishes to advise that Chief Executive Officer Kathryn Cutler will be granted leave effective 31 May 2025 for a period of up to 12 months. In preparation for this leave the Board has appointed Mr Brett Smith, who has commenced in a part time consulting role and will transition to the Interim Chief Executive Officer effective 1 June 2025. Brett has more than 35 years’ experience managing and developing ASX-listed exploration companies, and as a geologist is keenly interested in the Company’s continued exploration at the Mt Rawdon West Project, Queensland.
Brett is currently a Non-Executive Director for Aruma Resources Limited and TG Metals Limited.
