Killi Resources Limited (ASX: KLI) ( Company ) advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Cameron O’Brien has resigned as Company Secretary effective 12 April 2024.
Emma Wates continues to act as Company Secretary of Killi Resources Limited and as the person nominated under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
