ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ADVANCED NOTICE

Killi Resources (ASX: KLI “Killi” or “the Company”), advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is anticipated to be held on Wednesday, 22 November 2023.

The location of the AGM and details of the resolutions to be considered at the AGM will be contained in a Notice of AGM and Explanatory Memorandum, which will be issued prior to the meeting in accordance with the Corporations Act. The re-election of directors will be considered at the AGM. The closing date for the receipt of any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday 20 October 2023.
