This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated 21[st] August, 2024, regarding the date of the Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on Monday, 26th August, 2024, inter-alia, to transact the following business:

• proposal for raising of funds through issuance of equity shares and / or warrants or any other eligible securities by way of one or more public and/or private offerings including rights issue / preferential allotment basis, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required, including approval of the shareholders of the Company.

• to consider and approve the revision of 36th Annual General Meeting notice seeking shareholder’s approval for considering the aforesaid fund raising and other allied matters.

We would like to inform you that the date of the Board meeting is postponed and rescheduled to be held on Tuesday, 27th August, 2024, due to unavoidable circumstances.

With reference to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders ( ‘ Code of Conduct for Insider Trading’ ), set by the Company pursuant to the SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the “ Trading Window ” for insiders is closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid Board meeting.
