This refer to your mail dated 05.03.2021 having ref. L/SURV/ONL/PV/GS/ 2020-2021 / 3092 seeking clarification on the price movement of equity shares of Kilburn Engineering Limited on BSE in the recent past.

• i. With regard to the points raised in your query we wish to clarify as under : From time to time, the Company has been appropriately disseminating to the Stock Exchanges, information about all the important decisions/disclosures, as required. Accordingly, the Company has also disclosed the outcome of the meeting of the board of directors of the Company held on 4 March 2021 to the Stock Exchanges. As and when applicable, appropriate disclosures have been provided to the Stock Exchanges pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and the same shall continue to be made by the Company.

• ii. Further, we would like to clarify that apart from the abovementioned reasons, we are unaware of the reasons, if any, for the movement in the price of the Company’s scrip, in the recent past, as stated in your query.
