Ref: Redemption of 50 Lacs Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares ( CRPS ) held by RBL Bank Ltd. pursuant to amended terms of redemption
Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, read with other applicable provisions, intimation is being given that the Company has pursuant to approval accorded by the Board, redeemed 50,00,000 no. of CRPS held by RBL Bank Ltd. having face value of Rs. 5,00,00,000 at a discount on 8[th] December, 2022, which were due for redemption (at face value ) on 31[st] March, 2035 and 2036.
After the aforesaid redemption, 55,00,000 no. of CRPS are outstanding, having face value of Rs. 5,50,00,000.
