We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Subir Chaki, Managing Director on 18^th October, 2021. Mr. Chaki was heading the affairs of the Company since April, 2018 and company's management places on record sincere appreciation and gratitude for his dynamic leadership in steering the company during Covid pandemic and various other challenges, faced by the Company during his tenure.

Mr. Chaki's sudden and unexpected demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
