Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby announce the appointment of Mr. Amitav Roy Choudhury as Additional Director of the company by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29[1h ] May, 2019.

Mr. Amitav Roy Choudhury is a Mechanical Engineering graduate B.Tech(Hons) and a Post graduate in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (M Tech) both from IIT Kharagpur. He had a total of about 39 years work experience before he retired in 2015 as the Vice President and head of Manufacturing at Eveready Industries India Limited. He was a member of Manufacturing sub committee at CII and subsequently a member of the West Bengal State Committee at CII also.

Mr. Amitav Roy Choudhury has been appointed as Independent Director for a tenure of five years subject to the approval of shareholders. He has been appointed as a member of Audit Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
