Kier Group plc (the "Company") confirms that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 362,023 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.  Admission is expected to be effective on 27 July 2015.

The total application comprises a block listing application for 125,000 Shares and a formal application for 237,023 Shares, both to be issued pursuant to the Kier Group plc 2006 Sharesave Scheme.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary Shares.
