Application for Share Listing : Scrip Dividend

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to listing of 462,311 ordinary shares of 1p, to trade on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities, pursuant to the Company's scrip dividend alternative. 

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and will commence trading at 8.00 a.m. on 27 November 2013.
