Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 2 November 2018 that, on 1 November 2018, a grant of 691 options was made to Phillippa Prongué, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016.

The savings contract will commence on 1 December 2018 and the share price applicable to the options is £7.70.
