Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 18 October 2017 that, also on 18 October 2017, Mr Marcus Jones, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, cancelled his participation in the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016 in respect of 779 options granted on 8 November 2016 at an option price of £11.55 per ordinary share.
