Director / PDMR shareholdings

Grant of options under Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme")

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 30 October 2015 that, also on 30 October 2015, grants of options were made to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Company's SAYE Scheme as follows:

The savings contract will commence on 1 December 2015 and the share price applicable to the options is £11.47.

These options will not be included for the purposes of calculating the total beneficial interests of these individuals in the capital of the Company unless, and to the extent that, they vest on 1 December 2018.
