DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Release of Deferred Bonus Shares

On 17 October 2011, the Company awarded shares in the capital of the Company to the following directors in connection with the bonus arrangements for the financial year ended 30 June 2011: 

Mr S Bowcott                                        1,860 shares

Mr H J Mursell                                        1,620 shares

The shares have been held on trust for a period of three years by the Kier Group 1999 Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee") and, on 17 October 2014, the Trustee released them to the directors.

The release of the shares has not increased the shareholdings of the directors in the Company. 

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
