(i)         Simon Kesterton sold 350,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £2.0395 per Share;

(ii)         Giuseppe Incutti sold 125,000 Shares at a price of £2.0951 per Share;

(iii)        Giuseppe Incutti sold 67,500 Shares at a price of £2.0279 per Share; and

(iv)        Giuseppe Incutti sold 57,500 Shares at a price of £2.0501 per Share.
