Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 11 October 2024, the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted share awards under the Kier Group plc 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") (the "Awards"). The Awards were made at no cost to the individuals and will only vest to the extent that certain performance conditions are satisfied by the Company over a three-year performance period which runs from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027. The performance conditions relating to the Awards can be found on page 128 of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts. The price used for the purpose of calculating the Awards was 148.8 pence per share, being the average 3-month share price prior to the date of grant.
