Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 4 April 2024, certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") undertook sales of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") that had been acquired on 2 April 2024 following exercises of options under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016 after the end of the three year savings period.
