Kier Group plc (the "Company") has been informed that today, Haydn Mursell, an executive director of the Company, purchased 1,905 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £10.47 per Share and that, also today, Katharine Mursell, the wife of Mr Mursell, purchased 1,912 Shares at a price of £10.46 per Share.
