Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, awards of conditional rights to acquire shares in the capital of the Company were made to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities under the Kier Group plc Conditional Share Award Plan 2017 (the "Plan"), at no cost to the individuals and subject to the rules of the Plan:
