Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Grant of options under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016 (the "Sharesave Scheme 2016")

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 10 November 2016 that, on 8 November 2016, grants of options were made to the director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") under the Company's Sharesave Scheme 2016 as follows:

The savings contract will commence on 1 December 2016 and the share price applicable to the options is £11.55.

These options will not be included for the purposes of calculating the total beneficial interests of these individuals in the capital of the Company unless, and to the extent that, they vest on 1 December 2019.
