DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that the following dealings in the share capital of the Company took place today:

As part of his personal financial planning, Mr Nigel Turner, an executive director of the Company and his spouse, Mrs Juliet Turner, transferred 845 shares and 1,072 shares, respectively, to Dartington Portfolio Nominees Limited for nil consideration to be held on their behalf.

As at the date of this announcement, Mrs Juliet Turner has interests in 9,598 shares in the capital of the Company (0.010% of the issued share capital).

The total interest in the share capital of the Company of Mr Nigel Turner, when aggregated with those interests of Mrs Juliet Turner, remain at 29,659 (0.031% of the issued share capital).
