Vesting of awards under Long-Term Incentive Plan

The Company announces that, on 18 November 2014, the directors and the person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") referred to below received the following numbers of shares in the capital of the Company as a result of the vesting of awards made to them in November 2011 under the Company's long-term incentive plan:

Mr S Bowcott	4,027 shares
Mr H J Mursell	4,027 shares
Mr H E E Raven (PDMR)	1,601 shares

Following these transactions, the total beneficial interests in, and the percentages of, the issued share capital of the Company owned by such individuals are:

Mr H J Mursell	23,867 shares	0.043% of the issued share capital
