Today, 1 July 2014, Kier Group plc announces that PDMR Mr H E E Raven acquired 784 shares in the share capital of the Company, following an exercise of options under the Kier Group plc 2006 Sharesave Scheme, at an option price of £11.50 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Raven holds a beneficial interest of 3,584 shares, representing 0.006% if the issued share capital.
