Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that Justin Atkinson, the Senior Independent Director of the Company, was today appointed as a non-executive director of Sirius Real Estate Limited, a company listed on both the main market and premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
