NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF DIRECTOR'S DETAILS

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that Justin Atkinson, the Senior Independent Director of the Company, was appointed as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Forterra plc ("Forterra") on 11 April 2016. 

Forterra was today admitted to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
