Change in Director Role

Kier Group plc announces that, with immediate effect, Amanda Mellor will assume the role of chair of the Nomination Committee (taking over from Phil White) and Nick Winser has been appointed as the chairman of the newly-established Safety, Health and Environment Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11(3).
