Revenues for the Second Quarter of 2019

Lier, 5 July 2019: Kid ASA today announces unaudited revenue figures for the

second quarter of 2019 (previous year in brackets). For definition of like-for

-like stores, please see latest quarterly report at http://investor.kid.no.

- Q2 revenues increased by 14.2% (1.1%) to MNOK 321.4 (MNOK 281.5). Like-for

-like

sales increased by 11.0% (-2.7%). Online sales increased by 31.2% (72.3%).

- The number of shopping days in the quarter was 71 (73).

- For the first two quarters of 2019, revenues increased by +11.3% to MNOK 619.4

(MNOK 566.4). Like-for-like sales increased by +7.8%. Online sales increased

by

+27.5%. The number of shopping days for the first two quarters was 147 (148).

- There were seven store refurbishments during the quarter, and two stores were

relocated. The total number of physical stores at the end of the quarter was

143

(140).

This revenue update contains only figures and information for Kid. Hemtex

figures will be included in the quarterly report on August 29th.

Revenue figures for the third quarter of 2019 will be announced on 7 October

2019 at 07:30 (Oslo Time).
