Kid ASA Announces CFO Transition

Lier, 21 December 2022: Kid ASA informs that a search for a new Chief Financial Officer has been initiated. Current CFO Eystein Lund has informed the company of his intention to step down to pursue other opportunities.

"I have enjoyed working with Eystein. His dedication and his investor relations expertise have been instrumental in helping us in many areas, particularly throughout the turbulent Covid period. Winning the Stockman prize in 2021 stands out as a highlight while Eystein has been with us. We would like to thank him for all his contributions to the company and wish him all the best in his new endeavors", CEO Anders Fjell says.

"Kid is a fantastic company with great people. I have really enjoyed working for Kid, particularly throughout the challenging Covid period. I have high confidence in the company and their future expansion plans", says CFO Eystein Lund.

Eystein will continue to serve in the role to support a successful transition.
