Henrik Frisell has decided to resign as CFO and has accepted another position outside Kid.
As announced on 17 March, Frisell is currently on sick leave due to illness in his closest family, but will be available to assist the company if necessary. Kid ASA has recently appointed Eystein Lund as interim CFO. Mr. Lund will remain acting CFO and head of investor relations until further notice.
“Henrik has played an important role in Kid. He has been a highly valued colleague to me and my team, and I wish Henrik all the best both with his new professional career, but also in taking care of his close family”, CEO Anders Fjeld says.
