   America, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
   percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG,
   Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% on
   December 20, 2013 and amounted to 4.01% (1,992,424 voting rights) on
   this date.

Of these voting rights, a total of 4.01% (1,992,424 voting rights) are to
be attributed to Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC pursuant to section
22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG via following companies, whose percentage of
voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG amounts to 3% or more:
