   section 21 (1) WpHG regarding their percentage of voting rights held in
   KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne,
   Germany ('KHD'):

a. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of STERLING STRATEGIC VALUE
LIMITED, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, in KHD fell below the
thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and
amounted to 0.00% (zero voting rights) on this date.

b. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of GRITLOT LIMITED, Douglas, Isle
of Man, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting
rights) on this date.

c. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of Mr. Tito Tettamanti,
Switzerland, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting
rights) on this date.

d. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of Mr. Massimo Pedrazzini,
Switzerland, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting
rights) on this date.

e. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of MP ADVISORS SA, Lugano,
Switzerland, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting
rights) on this date.

f. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of Mrs. Giulia Nobili,
Principality of Monaco, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%,
5% and 3% pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero
voting rights) on this date.

g. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of Mr. Patrick O'Sullivan Greene,
Ireland, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting
rights) on this date.

h. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of Mr. Anthony Bunker, Germany, in
KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting rights) on this
date.

   WpHG regarding their percentage of voting rights held in KHD Humboldt
   Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne, Germany
   ('KHD'):

Camana Bay, Cayman Islands, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%,
10%, 5% and 3% pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00%
(zero voting rights) on this date.

b. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of RWC Asset Management LLP,
London, England, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and
3% pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting
rights) on this date.

c. On January 7, 2014 the voting rights of RWC Partners Ltd., London,
England, in KHD fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG and amounted to 0.00% (zero voting
rights) on this date.

1. Monolith N.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has notified us pursuant to
   section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in KHD
   Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne,
   Germany, fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% on January 7,
   2014 and amounted to 0.90% (449,640 voting rights) on this date.
