   'Company'), reached and exceeded the thresholds of 15% on October 10,
   2013 and amounted to 15.08% of the voting rights (7,497,339 shares with
   voting rights), as per this date.

Of these voting rights, a total of 7.03% (3,495,986 voting rights) are to
be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG including the voting
rights of the following shareholders, whose percentage of voting rights in
KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG amounts to 3% each or more:
